Active Armor not working
My Active Armor app is not working. It worked in the past, however recently I was able to open the app, but I was not able to access any of the functionality.
I next removed the app and reinstalled it, to no avail. Still will not work.
Now, the app says - “We hit a snag Something went wrong. Go to att.com/myAT&T to complete AT&T Active Armor Mobile Security and Call Protect Activation.” I followed this step to no avail…

We appreciate you letting us know what you've already done to troubleshoot the issue. The ActiveArmor app has its own troubleshooting page that includes options like clearing the app cache or force stopping the app you can use to troubleshoot this error.
Based on the error message that you're getting, we recommend you go through the steps to set up ActiveArmor and double-check the level of service you select:
If you have the Call Protect app installed, try uninstalling that as well, as it's been discontinued. Please let us know how this goes.
