Active Armor My Block List is Empty

I had to move over from Call Protect and Active Armor shows 34 blocked numbers on the Calls screen, however; when I click on the link The My Block List is empty.

Hello @boudreaux121511, we'd love to help you with fixing any ActiveArmor concerns you're having. 

 

First, we want to make sure that you've confirmed the app is currently updated to the latest software version. If the ActiveArmor mobile security app doesn’t update properly from the App Store, try this:

  1. Go to Settings on your device and tap General.
  2. Tap Software Update and make sure you have the latest version. If you don’t, update it now.
  3. Close settings and open the App Store.
  4. Tap Updates, and select Update next to AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security app.

If the Mobile Security app doesn’t update properly from the Google Play Store, try this:

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Find your running apps and tap Google Play.
  3. Tap Clear Cache and then Force stop.
  4. Search for the AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security app in Play Store.
  5. Tap Update.

If you're expieriencing more physical errors with the app, we'd recommend for you to reach out to app support through the App store.

I am running the latest version and I've also cleared Cache and Local Data.

Just noticed your post, boudreaux121511.  Sounds like I have a similar problem, and I first posted about it 6 weeks ago, then had to re-post 2 weeks ago.  My Block List shows up empty, too, though I know is has more than 450 numbers in it.  AT&T Help went as far as they could with me trying to help me display my Block List, but no success.  They introduced me to Zendesk 5 days ago, and when I hear back from them, maybe there will be a solution.  If you get lucky, please let us know what the solution is.
