Active Armor call blocking not working

Spam call blocking not working. It doesn't matter if I have it blocked or send to voicemail all calls coming through. This was not a issue previously till around the 2nd week of June. I have followed the directions for clearing cache force stopping Google Play Store and Google Services and still not working. However all other lines on my account have no issues with any spam calls. My active armor won't even show my call history in the app, but again previously was. This is very annoying bc I get about 20 plus spam calls a day while no one else on my account has any issues. Please help I have called in multiple times and nothing resolved. I have done a warranty claim and still see issue on new device.

We have a great article for Help with Active Armor. This page is great because it gives personalized steps for iPhone and Android users.

 
You must have active AT&T wireless service. The app is automatically disabled if you move your SIM card to a device that:
  • Isn’t AT&T HD Voice-compatible
  • Is a FirstNet device or uses a FirstNet SIM (black SIM) card
 

You also have the option to submit a request through the app support!

I have already used the "help" feature and clear cache and force stopping the app, does not work. I have done this so many times I can do it without looking at the directions. I have not changed phones at all, literally one day it just stopped working. I have changed phones (same S21 Ultra just a new one) to see if it would make it work and it did not. The only thing I have not done is changing my Sims card or changing my phone number.

We provided both call and data security in one app. You may need to upgrade to the AT&T Advance ActiveArmor to use the feature you are trying to use.
