X-RATED TEXTS & E-MAILS
I’ve been receiving very graphic & offensive pornographic text messages & e-mails for a while now, & I have tried calling but the hold time is so long that have to hang up without talking to anyone. I’ve been with AT&T for many years & have all of my services through them. This is unacceptable! I don’t want this filth on my phone. I need to know what can be done about this.

First off, remove your phone number. This is a public forum and you just published it for all to see meaning you’ll likely just get even more. Sorry to say but there really isn’t much you can do to stop them. Just mark the emails as spam. As for texts, if they are texts coming through the email to text gateway, you can call and request ATT block your number from getting texts from email. Be aware that will block all texts from email, including legitimate texts.
