Worse than DIAL UP

I have 2 lines on the unlimited plus plan. Unlimited....what a joke.

I understand that after 10gigs mobile hotspot and 22Gigs data usage (per line) speeds may be slowed. Welll this month, after 45g between both lines, attt has slowed my usage to practically nill. If I do a google search it takes about 2 minutes to load, sometimes even says cant connect to network.

i find this so odd, as in previous months I have used 165g between my two  lines.

servi s reps just try to talk me into their NEW UNLIMITED plan, which of course will cost me more. And I’ll probably have the same thing happen.

ive been with this company for about 15 years, great customer appreciation ATT!!!!
