Will Snapchat calls now be seen on the phone bills and phone logs of who you called?

With the new update on Snapchat it treats your Snapchat calls like and actual phone call where it shows up in your phones recents even though you called them through Snapchat. Does this mean that Snapchat calls can now be seen on the phone bills and in the phone logs of who you called ?
