Wifi in a Semi Truck

I am a truck driver and am spend nights in truck stops. I want to know how to set up my AT&T account, with an Android phone, to be a mobile hotspot that I can stream Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, etc. Would I be better off installing Wi-Fi? I am not certain that I understand the difference between installing Wi-Fi in my truck vs using the phone as a hotspot. Can you give me a simple list of the differences and the pros and cons of each? Thank you.

Cell phones have a limited amount of tethering data to be used as a hotspot for a secondary larger screen. The largest plan AT&T has for consumers offers only 30 gigabytes.

If AT&T still offers the 'car connect' plan with unlimited data that would be your best option.

Can't confirm its available.
