Why is my email address in ALL-CAPS?
I need you to help me to set-up my email address properly because it should have all small letter in my first and last name but you have all large caps in my first and last name. Can you help me with my email address so that I can complete my homework assignment.

Capitalization in email addresses is irrelevant. It does not matter whether it is in all caps or not.
