Why is AT&T so slow compared to other carriers?
I love AT&T's reliability and data roll-over but why is it so terribly slow in Northern Virginia? Particularly in Loudoun County/Ashburn Farm? I have opened up a case with AT&T on this issue but it has not been fixed, here is a comparison of speedtests with all 4 carriers in the United States (the Verizon was taken the day before as I currently do not use them) but the speed is similar all of the time.

Traveling in Reston, VA. Never seen LTE speed like this! I will take this any day.

Hello,
When I opened the case 1+ month ago they said there was an issue with the tower nearby and they were working on it.
When I tweeted to @ATTCares 1-2 days ago, they said the same thing, there is a tower issue and that they were working on it.
No resolution as of yet.
