Is your cellular data on and working? You need a working cellular data connection to send or receive mms messages.

Good morning @Itzybar,

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can certainly understand how important it is to stay in touch during these times.

It would be a pleasure to assist you with finding the cause and solution to being unable to send MMS text messages.

We always want to make sure we are covering all bases, and would like you to try the recommended steps:

  1. Lets start by troubleshooting your device using our easy step-by-step guide.
  2. We recommend changing the settings in your device to enable MMS text messaging. Go to Messages and tap on Menu icon > Settings > More Settings > Multimedia messages and enable the option
  3. Make sure your device is completely up to date and check if there are any available updates. (I personally had an update on my Samsung Galaxy S10 yesterday.)
  4. You may also check for outages in your area by clicking here.

Please be advised this is a known issue and the previous steps above are what is recommended to work around this problem. If neither of the directions resolve your issue, please let us know.

Thank you for being a part of our AT&T family.
