Who to contact about SMS gateway problems?

We use the sms gateway to deliver sms messages to users.. Recently we've been having AT& T costumers not receiving these messages. 


Can an AT&T representative point me in the right direction here, with some contact information for someone who can help?

  • Are all customers experiencing this problem?
  • What device are you using to send these messages?
  • Have you tried Troubleshooting your AT&T device?
  • Also, what date did this issue occur?
