Where are my online text messages?

I was using the online messaging website and it would allow me to send texts but not receive them. My iMessage was off and my phone was on and had signal. It worked perfectly for me, yesterday, but today it wont show my received messages. I was just wondering if I messed up one of my settings or something?

The problem might be with another person's phone, if they use iMessage and don't have the "Send as SMS" option enabled, if your conversation with them started with iMessage messages, their phone will continue sending iMessages, even if your is turned off. In a scenario like this, they will still get your SMS messages but their phone will always attempt to send replies via iMessage.
