Are you trying to set up visual voicemail?, because from the web address stated, it appears like a message about visual voicemail.

I got the same text message. I tried to delete and block the number. I subsequently got 25 more messages from the same number.

I am getting the same message and it's not from the short code. It's from 1000000000 (sender). They started on Sunday, March 21 and at least 75 have been sent in 3 days. Very annoying.
