We think you might be blocking our IP addresses- help!
Many of your customers cannot access our App via your mobile data network.
We are a SaaS platform who, amongst other things, provide our customers with a mobile app. We recently migrated our services to AWS (from Rackpace) and, in doing so inherited a number of new IP Addresses.
we have had multiple reports since that many of our shared customers cannot load the app over your mobile data network. We have a theory that it might be because one or some of our inherited IPs might have been blocked for some, now past, reason.
Could someone check for us?

You've posted in the home phone forum. Not sure if you need the Internet forum or wireless forum.

I think you need to have done a bit more research before trying to get AT&T to assist. You'll need IP addresses of servers, if other carrier's users can reach these servers, traceroutes from one or two phones that cannot reach the servers, etc.
And this sounds like a Wireless issue, not a home phone.

Hello SiobhanComCo, we're here to help you with why the IP addresses are being blocked.
As the ACE @JefferMC mentioned, you'll need IP addresses of servers, if other carrier's users can reach these servers, traceroutes from one or two phones that cannot reach the servers, etc.
We suggest reaching out to your internal technolgy department for futher assistance.
Hopefully this information helps, and thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums.
