Voicemails arrives few days late
Hello
My wife's voicemail usually arrives a few days/weeks late.
I have found this thread from 2019: https://forums.att.com/conversations/apple/delayed-voicemails/5df01b12bad5f2f606ec6b38
Is there any fix to this issue?
(my voicemails arrive just fine)

We're sorry to hear that your experiencing Delayed voicemails. We understand how important your messages are and want to let you know a software issue is blame and we're working to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
Some customers have reported a possible work-around by simply resetting their voicemail passwords. It not guaranteed but is definitely worth trying.

Thanks for the reply, but resetting the voicemail password did not fix the issue on my wife's number/account.
