Voicemail

how do I set up voicemail, when I press "1" on my phone it connects to a message that says the customer you are calling has a voicemail box that has not been set up! Of course setting it up is what I am trying to do! Any help greatly appreciated

If you have waited 60+ days to setup your voicemail box, the voicemail box option is no longer available without calling AT&T and asking for their help to reset it.
