Visual Voicemail

Visual voicemail is not working on my Samsung S20 FE. If I try to use it, it does not work and then forces me to reset my vpicemail to get messages with regular voicemail. It has become a pain and I would like to remove it. How can I do it on our phones.

Hello J_T_P, we're here to help you with your Visual Voicemail inquiry.

There is no way to remove to the app off the device. You can disable this feature by doing the following:

Go to Settings.
Go to Apps, Applications, or Application Manager.
Select Visual Voicemail. Note: If Visual Voicemail is not present, select Menu or More (in upper right corner), then Show system apps. Then select Visual Voicemail.
Disable

Fyi, I forward all missed and unanswered calls to a free Google voice number. Google voice works very well and I get transcription as well as audio.
