Visual Voicemail Acts Like It's My First Time!

I've used this a fair bit in the past, and not that long ago. But now, If I go the the phone dialer keypad and see that I have a message on the little icon (cassette tape?!) I get sent to Visual Voicemail, and it says "Welcome to Visual Voicemail, and asks to set a new password 7-15 digits (so numbers only.) But when I enter/re-enter and Continue, I get "either non-existent mailbox or incorrect password!"


If I get a notification that I have a new voicemail, I can click that notification and hear the message, though not through Visual Voicemail. 

Anyone know what's up with this?

We'd recommend you troubleshoot Visual Voicemail to see if that helps. Make sure you select the device that you have and answer the questions that follow.
