Verification code received on text doesn't work
Hello Team, I am facing a very strange issue due to which I am unable to make any changes in my profile (like setting a passcode, changing email ID etc.). Whenever I try to change any details, ATT sends me a verification code on my mobile. When I put this verification code in the box, it gives me this error:
Be sure you entered the code correctly. (VORCC02)
This is very frustrating. Multiple calls to ATT and a visit to store did not resolve my issue. I just migrated from t-mobile prepaid to att postpaid yesterday and this is very frustrating.
I am requesting help. Please don't suggest cache clearing and app re-install. Issue is faced on my att app as well as on computer.
