Using Hotspot but still see "No Internet" Multiple Times a day

My family recently updated our plan to include hotspots. Now that I am working from home, I turn on the hotspot and connect to my computer but my zoom calls drop at least 3 times a call and often I see the status of my "Michelle's iPhone" internet show as "No Internet". I am having a hard time getting through the working day without steady internet - what should I do?

Greetings @Michelle9,

We understand the importance of being able to use hotspot during these times. We'd recommend you try resetting network settings, allowing it to refresh to see if that helps.

Let us know the outcome of that to see whether or not if further assistance is needed.

@ATTHelp I tried that last week. It worked for a day or two, but is back to showing me 'No Internet' multiple times a day.

Is there a longer term solution for this issue?

Hey @Michelle9

Thank you for letting us know this has only been a temporary fix.

Can you let us know what type of plan you are on and the type of phone you are using as the hotspot?

Is your phone software up to date?

Are you having trouble with the connection to just your one computer or any other devices you are trying to run on the hotspot?

Are any of the other phones on your plan having trouble with their hotspot connection?

Let us know and stay safe!
