Usage Details

Hello,

As of late my usage details for Mobile Hotspot is continuously saying I’ve used 0/60GB even though I know it’s being used I reached out to AT&T customer care and they didn’t some troubleshooting steps and then told me my phone might need to be replaced. However, I can see that my regular data usage updates just fine it’s just my mobile hotspot data that is not being displayed in the myatt app as well as the AT&T website.

So just to be clear your hotspot works fine. But your usage is not being counted against your 60 GB of limited hotspot usage?

And since your total of data has no limit, it is not reducing your ability to use your phone?

It's literally not a problem. Don't make it a problem by calling support
