unlocking blocked sms texts
I am not getting texts as they were blocked. I am unable to access my ATT account as they cannot send me the 6 digits I need, and my baank is unable to send me any alerts as they are blocked also. Apple say that this is a ATT server issue, and that they should have a protocol for unlocking blocked texts. They said that blocked numbers and texts are blocked at the server and NOT on your iphone. My bank says the exact same thing. How can fix this? I am unable to get into my ATT acount at all.

Try resolving your experience by texting "HELP" to that particular code. For most SMS marketing software providers, texting "HELP" to the short code will reset the wireless carrier associated with your mobile phone number.
