Unlimited Elite is not raised in tethering

Per the site that shows how att is helping for the covid, my unlimited Elite is not giving me 100gigs of tethering. It still cuts at 30 gigs. I've got an emo fan, but I do not remember reading that art employees do not qualify for the increased hotspot... Is this the issue?

Not sure where you got that idea. ATT is not raising the tethering/hotspot cap on any unlimited plan. That 100GB number is the threshold where your data speed is subject to possible slowdown.

On the employee version of the att cares pages unlimited Elite's hotspot tethering is supposed to have a raised cap to 100 gig to help customers who are stuck working/school at home

As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.
