Unable to recieve any short codes

Switched to AT&T from Version. Since then I've not been able to recieve any short code messages. I can get texts and calls fine. I've reset my network data, called AT&T and they've reset my network configuration but still nothing. 

I can't even get AT&Ts short code messages.

What make and model device are you using?


Have you tried removing the SIM and powering off the device for a couple of minutes?
