Unable to receive email to text messages

I am currently not receiving email-to-text messages.  Anyone else having this issue?

I have used this feature for several years now, and occasionally this happens.

We can help you send email-to-text messages, @wwillard

We understand how important all messaging services are and want to help you turn around as soon as possible.

  • Can you identity them as text (SMS), or picture/video (mms) messages? Try creating a new email and send it to yourself both as:
    • yourwirelessnumber@txt.att.net &
    • yourwirelessnumber@mms.att.net
