Transfer Pin for AT&T phone to international carrier
I've tried to get a Transfer pin for my phone number in all the ways shown here: https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1447526/.
If I use att.com or myAT&T, I do not get the option to 'Transfer phone number' - it is not there. If I call *PORT, it says my plan is not eligible for this. What does this mean? How can I get my transfer pin?
(My phone is fully paid off and unlocked).

It's getting rejected as not eligible because you can't port a US 10 digit phone number to a foreign carrier

You can’t port your number to an international carrier. As for why your plan isn’t eligible for a transfer pin, what plan do you have? Are you prepaid? Prepaid does not use a transfer pin.
