Too many spam texts
Since moving our phones to ATT my family has been inundated with spam text messages. We are constantly forwarding them to 7726 and blocking the number but the problem just seems to be getting worse. What can be done? This was not a problem with our previous carrier.

Hi @Hardtke, we know how annoying it can be to receive multiple spam texts.
You would want to continue to forward the spam texts to 7726 which helps us identify spammers and block them from our network.
Listed is some additional ways to protect yourself from spam texts.
To find out if your phone has a built-in feature to block calls and text messages:
1. Go to Device Support and select your phone.
2. Go to the search box at the beginning of the page and search by typing block.
3. Select the how-to article from the search results. If you don’t see steps to take for your phone, contact the company that made your device for more help.
