Texts will not send

I was on the phone for 50 minutes and could not reach customer service today. Representatives have reset my phone several times and my texts still have problems. Please help.

Also, I cannot sign up for an ATT account in order to chat with a representative because I don't have the validation.

Thank you for your prompt response to the first question of these three. 

However there is another issue that should be addressed. The IVR did not provide any indication of the call center's hours nor of its open-closed status. 

In addition, and this concern may be a user error, the contact page on the website that was viewed did not appear to readily provide the above information in a highly visible, attention catching manner.

If these concerns can be brought to the appropriate individuals to be updated on the user facing IVR and web pages, this would greatly enhance the customer experience.
