Texts send failure

Ever since the last update my texts fail to send. What can I do to fix. Tried power off and on, with airplane mode on and off. Neither worked. I need help

First, we want to know more about your device's inability to send text messages.

  • Are you able to receive text messages? How is the call quality?
    • If both are poor what is your ZIP code? Your device's current trend may be network related.
  • Are you receiving an error message when sending those messages? Generally, these alerts contain additional steps which may help resolve your experience.
  • What's the make and model of your device?
  • Is this experience occurring when you're using Group or individual text messages?
  • Is your device AT&T branded? If not, you may want to try programming the data settings on your non-AT&T device.

Phone quality is ok. No error message, just failure to send, iPhone XS Max, mostly group, occasional single, I don’t know what you mean by ATT branded. I bought it at Best Buy.

What zip code are you located in? And have you tried resetting your network settings or any other troubleshooting?

I am having the same issue since yesterday. Texts are stalling, erroring out and not sending at all.  I've reset network settings and rebooted several times. What's going on?
