Text shows as incoming in text log but not received on device

Hello,

I have issues receiving texts from a certain number which sends an automated notification text. I checked my text usage under my AT&T profile and it is listed as incoming. However, the message never arrived to my device. I used to received text from the number, but no longer received it since end of October last year. 

I have talked and chatted with several AT&T support, however, so far has not found a solution. 

What we have tried so far is provisioning so I can receive any texts, resetting my network settings, update device settings and restart, and lastly I also tried the online troubleshoot. I also tried disabling/ enabling advanced messaging.

Is there anyone familiar with this issue?

@blah_sjtk  AT&T no longer does direct support via the forum.  They will not contact you.  They’ll only tell you to contact them.
