TEXT MESSAGES

After the last upgrade, I have two contacts that I cannot send texts. I receive their texts just like all the others but I cannot send a reply. Every other contact I can reply to without a problem. At the ATT store the agent advised that it is a glitch with the last upgrade, wait for a fix. My husband has the same exact phone, received the same exact upgrade when I did and his phone works perfectly. Any suggestions?

Let's see if we can help resolve your text messaging issue, @sandan2!

 

Depending on the make and model of your devices use our Device Support tool to try resolving your experience by performing a soft reset or reboot of your devices.

 

Additionally, try clearing those specific contacts from your phones and send those contacts a text message after manually entering their numbers.
