Hello everyone,
I am not able to send text messages out this morning. Is anyone having the same issue? I'm in South Florida. Note: I-Messages are being delivered fine.

Well, it is only group texts that are not getting through. I have group messages turned on, so it is not that.

I suspect group text can fail if even one person is unreachable. Have you tried remove some of the people to whom your sending? Test it out if you can.
