Text Message Short Code- Unable to Receive

I cannot receive short code text messages.

What kind of phone do you have? Is the device software up to date? When did you first start having issues with short codes? Are you still able to send and receive regular texts? Have you tried any troubleshooting, such as resetting your network settings? With more details, we'll have a better idea of how to proceed.

I'm having the same issue and AT&T claimed they've submitted technical support tickets to resolve this issue and someone will be in touch with me within 24 hours and it's been 4 days with no response or resolution from AT&T I'm just get the runaround every time I call
