Text message Delivery Notifications

I have a Galaxy S10. After the latest software update I am no longer receiving delivery or read confirmations on my text messages. How do I fix it?

Hello @Sburgan85,

 

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're no longer receiving delivery/read receipts on your cell phone. Have you already checked to make sure that Advanced Messaging is turned on in the messaging settings for your cell phone? Please let us know. We look forward to hearing back from you.

Yes it is turned on. It has always been turned on but after the latest software update I stopped getting them.
