Text Log not generating on account

Hello,

My text logs are not generating, had this problem before. Contacted ATT the first time they help me but it took a week to fix. Now it's happening again, no one seems to be able to help me and the wait times are ridiculous. Is anyone else experiencing this problem.

Thank you for reaching out. Allow us to take a closer look into the reason(s) you are unable to view your text logs.

 

A number of factors may cause usage reporting delays for text logs. Please check if any of these apply to you. We are also curious about how you got the text log concerns resolved the last time. Your insight will be very helpful.

 

Also, please let us know if you have experienced any difficulties in sending or receiving text messages in recent times.

This is happening again all text msg log disappeared. I need yo submiy txt log to employer since im working from home.this is ridiculous last time about 2months ago it was resolved my IT. Last time couldnt get anyone to help me,the text log came back last week now its gone again
