Text Log not generating again
I had submitted this problem before, once again my text messages are not generating in my log. I've been having this problem for about 3 months, the first time ATT had to refer my call to IT they fixed it but it took 5 days to fix. It happened again about 3 weeks ago, couldn't get anyone to help me with ATT, hold times where about 2 hours and when I finally spoke to someone they couldn't understand me. I gave up well the text came back last week and today the same thing. This is really frustrating, I need to submit my text logs to my employer since Im working from home.
