System Manger to reset voicemail

Hello Lee_Q, we're happy to help you reset the code for your voicemail.

If you have a postpaid wireless plan, you can reset the voicemail password by doing the following steps:

1. Go to your account overview and open My wireless.
2. Scroll to My Devices & add-ons and choose the device you want to manage.
3. Select Manage my device.
4. Look in Device options & settings, choose Reset voicemail password, and follow the prompts.

If you have Prepaid service, you can reset the voicemail password by doing these steps:

1. Access your voicemail by selecting and holding 1 from the call screen.
2. Follow the prompts to create a new 7-15 digit voicemail password.
3. If you called the voicemail system, press the # key and hang up.
4. Turn your wireless device off and back on.
5. Attempt to access your voicemail again.
