Stream Saver

Hello, I've been on the phone with AT&T customer service and tech support and have not been able to resolve the issue of turning the stream saver feature off. I've been directed to Manage Usage and there is supposed to be a selector switch for Stream Saver, but my accounts do not show that switch. I only have a switch for turning the Data Off/On (it's currently set to On so I can use the device).

My plan consists of wireless data only as I use a SIM card to plug into my own device. No phone, no mobile hotspot from AT&T.

Any suggestions? It does appear that Stream Saver is on, as I cannot stream videos that are above 480p.

It may not be stream saver. What plan and what device? It’s possible the plan limits video streaming to 480p. The limitation could also be the streaming source. Is there a particular streaming source you use and how exactly are you determining the resolution is 480p?
