Stopped getting mms in text messages

We like to look into your phone's inability to download MMS. However, we like more info about your experience.

• How are you trying to download those files, via cellular network or Wi-Fi Calling?
  • If cellular, what is your signal strength?
  • If Wi-Fi Calling, try using cellular by navigating to Settings then disable mobile data.

Also, try resolving your experience by rebooting your phone (press and hold the Volume down and Power keys at the same time for 10 seconds or until the phone restarts).

Thank you. Unfortunately, I've tried rebooting several times and still no
go. I am unable to download received MMS messages sent over WiFi or
cellular data.

I don't know why it suddenly stopped. I checked software, which seems to be
current. It appears as though there may have been a security patch issued
on 1 Nov that I don't have, but I am unable to get it. So maybe my phone
doesn't need it?
