getting text to confirm this phone for password resets within 24 hours. ATT Msg- 881-70. is this spam?

AT&T doesn’t send text or email requests to customers asking for personal account, phone confirmation, or credit card information. It's advised that you exercise caution whenever you receive any text message requesting confirmation, personal and/or credit card account information.
