SOLVED: Rollover Data Expiration

AT&T is my wireless service provider.  Accordingly, my Rollover Data automatically expires after one billing period.  Or alternately stated, my unused Rollover Data does not carry over to the next month.

So...  How do I avoid "losing" GBs of precious monthly cell data?  Simple!  On the last day of my bill cycle, I intentionally consume the remainder of my monthly cell data allowance.

How?  It's easy!  First, I turn on my iPhone's Personal Hotspot.  Second, I find a huge file (roughly 1GB in size) on the web.  Then I just download that same file over and over again to my PC.

Done, problem solved.  Burn it or lose it, right?  No more forfeited Rollover Data!  And the fire keeps me warm at night.
