SMS messages not sending or receiving

I’m not able to send or receive sms messages on any of the phones on my plan. I’ve been through all the trouble shooting and nothing worked

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're unable to send and receive text messages.

 

We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you:

  • How long has this been going on?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried so far?
  • What happens exactly when you try to send/receive text messages?
  • Are you seeing any error messages?
  • Do you have AT&T PREPAID service, or a postpaid wireless account with AT&T?
  • Which of our plans is currently set up on your account?
  • Also, are you still able to make/receive phone calls and use your mobile data?
