SMS Messages being blocked to AT&T Numbers

My company sends text messages to customers using Vonage/NEXMO as the gateway.  AT&T numbers are not receiving the messages.

I have no issues with the message being delivered by other providers .

Hi @, thank you for reaching out . We'd like to direct you to appropriate contact of support.

Have you tried reaching out to Vonage/NEXMO to investigate and confirm that their services isn't causing difficulties with your company sending text messages to customers? If not, we recommend doing so.

Also, without an AT&T account or service we're limited to resources available to further assist you.

Come back and let us know, we'll suggest the most helpful tips we offer.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

I am having this same exact issue from our Vonage number to ATT customers. Was your issue resolved? We verified or number with HIYA but they also confirmed that their service has nothing to do with whitelistin/blacklisting SMS numbers.

Hi @, we do understand the importance of your customers receiving your SMS responses.

As mentioned previously without an AT&T account or service we're limited to resources available to further assist you.

We recommend you reach out to Vonage to investigate and confirm that their services isn't causing difficulties with your company sending text messages to AT&T customers.

Hopefully this information helps, and thank you for reaching out to the Community.

I am still having this issue at our end. I have contacted NEXMO and they store logs for only 48 hours so we are past that time. I did try and send the message to 10 internal AT&T users and they all got the message. So it seems to me like AT&T saw a big group of numbers (~240 messages) being sent the same message from the same number at at same time and marked it as SPAM.

I am trying to replicate the issue without much success. I cannot send a test message to live users and hence I cannot retry the earlier process again.

Are there test AT&T numbers that I could send messaged to (~200 of them) and I can add the 10 internal users of AT&T from my company and see if I can replicate the issue again.
