Smart Limits - Allowed Numbers

The Smart Limits "Allowed numbers can continue to call and text the managed phone even during time restrictions and text limits.", but can the managed phone call and text the allowed numbers during restricted times?  It seems this is not the case.  I tried to limit my child using the phone during the school hours.  My number is an allowed number.  I can text her, but she cannot text me back.

We’ve got answers about Smart Limits. Texting and calling should be allowed from the limited device to allowed numbers. We recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app and then turning each device on the account off and then again. If that does not resolve the issue, let us know so we can do further troubleshooting. Thanks for reaching out!

This feature disappeared with the loss of smart limits! It needs to be added to secure family!

They need to bring back smart limits. Not all phones support secure family, it can also be deleted, phone turned off or GPs turned off. I liked smart limits much better
