Showing that i have 2-3 bars of 5Ge but phone acts as if it has no service
Hello,
I was wondering if my phone is having issues or if it is the area that i am in. My phone is showing that i should have good signal but wont allow me to do anything on the internet. My current postal code is 21090 and when i look up that on the ATT outage site it says that there are no issues where i am. Is there something that i should be doing to make this better?

5Ge is not true 5G. It is AT&T's enhanced LTE which some phones display as 5Ge. What kind of phone do you have and is this happening all of time no matter where in your ac you are?
