Severe throttling

I have used AT&T for years now and never had too many issues, but now every time I try to use my xbox app to connect and stream from my Xbox the internet gets slowed by you guys and it cant connect. I pay for unlimited data and 8gb of highspeed data, yet you guys sit here and throttle my connection while I still have 7 gb lefts of highspeed data. Is there any way to improve this? I am seriously considering another provider if you guys cant actually give me high speed data

To get started:

  • What make and model device are you attempting to stream from?
  • To confirm, are you attempting to play Xbox games through a streaming app to your phone? If this is the case, for a task such as this, utilizing Wi-Fi would give better results.
  • Which Unlimited plan are you currently using?
  • Have you received any text messages throughout the billing period explaining that speeds might slow?
