I definitely understand how important it is to be able to send and receive email. An excellent way to resolve your issue is to please try our AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. After you open the link, please log in to customize the tool. Select your device, and then please select Email under Service/network issues. From there please follow the prompts to resolve your issue. Please let me know if you have any questions!
