Send a Call to Voicemail - Can't Be Completed As Dialed Message

If a call goes to my voicemail the caller gets "Your Call Can't Be Completed As Dialed" message. No one can leave me a message and people think my service has been disconnected. I've tried turning off my phone and I can check my messages ok. It's just when someone is trying to leave me a message. I called customer service yesterday. He didn't really know what the problem was then I got disconnected. Please help! Luckily most people text me but I haven't disconnected my service.

Please call AT&T and speak directly to them. 611 from your mobile phone. Your voicemail number has either been changed or eliminated, only ATT can fix it for you
