Secure family app is working on two child phones, but specific "allows" are not

The secure family app is working fine on my phone, and I can see both my son's phones, and I successfully installed the companion app on their phones. I have blocked most apps, and have specifically unblocked snapchat and hulu - but neither of those apps are working. We've tried restarting their phones and reinstalling the apps - nether solve the problem.

 

Does the "Objectionable" tab's blocks override the other specific app settings?

Thanks for reaching out on this. In most cases, removing the apps and waiting several hours before reinstalling them resolves the issue. As that didn't work this time, could you let us know what types of devices these are and which OS or iOS they're running? Thank you.
