SAMSUNG S7 EDGE

My phone cannot recieve nor send MMS. I have a unlimited plan

I always get a message saying.. "unable to send message after trying to load for a couple minutes. 

HELP ME PLEASE

Hello @Debjomaxa,

 

There's a known issue regarding MMS messaging and we're current working on a resolution.

 

Please check to make sure your Google Play Store is up to date:

  • Open the google play store app
  • Select the three lines in the top left
  • Select My app & games> installed
  • Select Carrier Services app
  • Select update

If this doesn't help please hang tight as work towards a resolution.
